Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a commission you agree to the terms written below:
1. I am allowed to post the commissioned art in any of my socials, unless specifically told not to.
2. You are not to claim the art as your own.
3. You are not to alter the art in any way without my permission.
4. You may not use the art for commercial purposes without my permission.
5. I may deny and or cancel the commission, a refund will be provided when canceling.
6. Provide credit when posting the art, this is not necessary but it is appreciated.
7. Reselling the art as NFTs are NOT allowed.
8. Please pay in USD or PHP. MOP PAYPAL, GCASH, OR KOFI
9. You may only ask for major changes during the sketch phase. Changes after that will be charged.
10. Strictly NO REFUNDS after the sketch has been approved.
11. WILL NOT DRAW: furry(cat ears and the like are ok), nsfw, mecha, hate art. STYLE SPECIFIC: Kawaii style and chibi (will not draw; perspective, armor, weapons) || Rendered style (will only draw armor without helmets and with reference, can only draw slight perspective with references . SEE SAMPLES)
12. Emotes will be simplified if character is detailed.
13. Please don't rush me, waiting time may take a week or longer. If you wish to have a commission finished by a certain date, a rush fee may be added if the commission is needed in under 14-21 days (depending on the details)
14. I do not give permission for my art to be used in AI training.
15. Animated emotes may reduce in px due to my program not exporting transparent gifs. (Will be using a different progran to export the transparent ver.)
16. I can only do simple animation with emotes. The simpler the animation the cheaper the commission, the more complicated and more frames the more expensive it'll be.Click below to see the commission sheet
